1st, I love this shower head. My daughter & I have thick hair & I appreciate this. Waters soft, I love it. However, less than a year, it cracked. How, I dont even know, but it cracked where the head screws into the stem shooting water everywhere out of this pin hole crack. I bought another one, but they should use metal or a thicker plastic resin where the head screws into the stem, etc. The durability is terrible and I really love this shower head!

It’s great and the water pressure is amazing but it is small, the installation was easy and they really packed all the equipment in the box. It’s worth the price

I ordered and I received a low quality shower head that cost 55 ep! Nothing relaed with what you see in the product picture...no hose, no water pressure botton in the head, nothing...just the simplest plastic low quality showr head with a few balls inside. THIS US A FRAUD AND I WILL BE WAITING FOR RECEIVING MY MONEY BACK
