Cuisinart DCC-3200P1 Perfectemp Coffee Maker, 14 Cup Progammable with Glass Carafe, Stainless Steel

Wanted this machine, but on delivery has USA plug took forever to get it sorted and returned. Definitely don’t order if you live outside the USA as this is shipped from there

This is a US coffee maker, fitted with a US electrical outlet plug. Unfortunately this makes it fairly useless to a UK customer like me. Even after securing a step-down converter it won't start brewing. Nothing in the original ad, including the small print and technical details, suggests this is not a UK coffee maker. Basically all told £150 wasted due to the seller and Amazon being clueless about where they are selling electrical items.

I originally purchased the Cuisinart DCC-3200 PerfectTemp 14-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker on October 31, 2018, for $75.92. Nearly eight years later, it still makes excellent, hot coffee. It recently began making a slight squeaking noise during the brewing cycle, so I decided to play it safe and purchase the same model again on August 2, 2026.That should say plenty about how much I like this coffee maker. It is dependable, easy to operate, makes a full 14-cup pot, and has served me well for almost eight years. I would not have bought the exact same model again if the first one had not performed so well.My only complaint is the price increase. The original cost $75.92, while the replacement cost $107.43 before tax—an increase of $31.51, or about 41%. Even with the higher price, its performance and longevity made it worth buying again. Five stars.

We bought this coffee to replace a 10 year old Cuisinart that finally broke after daily use. We used a spare and cheaper coffee maker for about a month. It didn't make as good a cup of coffee and didn't keep it hot. The new Cuisinart model makes great coffee - great flavour and hot. It has some really good features on it and has water filter. It is also very attractive in design and style. Love it. Hope it lasts 10 years like the old one. We will see.

Make sure that you read all of the instructions when setting up this coffee machine—a lot of steps and helpful information. So far, I love this coffee machine. It looks beautiful on my counter, it brews the coffee at a set time in the morning for me, and coffee tastes great. The only thing I wish was different is that the top part of the pot lifted instead of having to take the whole piece off when filling with water. Although this isn't that big of a deal, I am just used to that feature in past coffee machines. Also, the 1-4 cup feature really only equals 1.5 cups (I have regular sized mugs). Lastly, it makes sporadic loud noises when kept on to keep the pot warm.
