Well made, I like the rounded bottoms on the sled, it seems to prevent damage to the surface it’s used on. The harness is a little big, so it is tough to use with smaller kids, but works great for teens or adults!

We're in the process of 'building' a robust, useful, and non-traditional gym in our home. We want it fairly portable and more diverse than just a set of weights that tie you to a designated space. We want to be able to increase endurance and strength with more interesting tools and give us more options for a more diverse workout regimen. You end up getting stuck, especially during the winter, and need to have more options at your disposal. We find we get stagnant and the motivation really drops off during this time of year. This was simple to put together and works well inside or outside, on grass, carpet, or sports surfaces. You can increase the weight by just throwing them on there. They are easily secured simply by the design. The harness is easily attached to your upper body and it's comfortable. My only complaint is that it could be better padded. My solution was to where a better padded shirt, which did the trick. Great piece of workout equipment to change things up!

I have 3 grandsons and they loved it. Perfect for building up leg muscles. Easy to assemble

As far as over all, it seems sturdy. No instructions came with it really but none are needed, fairly simple to put together if you have some basic tools at home. Has an add on so you can put weight plates that have 2" diameter. Also comes with a weight collar to secure the plates in places. The nylon lines that come with it have some twisting locking links. But they are easily taken off it you want to change them out with something else.

I vest was a bit to big and was hard to adjust.

Good little sled. Solid. Could use some better handles and the straps need some customizing, but I am happy with the product. Especially for the price.
