I take one of these each morning and they seem to work. That is, my problems with having so many bathroom visits has tremendously reduced. I will have to review the package instructions again to make sure that indeed, you only need to take it once a day. Twice a day might be better (but that's always been my problem - one pill is good, so 3 pills would be better - not always a good idea). Anyway, this does what it says it will do and that's worth a lot. I will be taking these each morning forever!

It's supposed to be a day antihistamine, i.e. non-drowsy, but this combination puts me right to sleep.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I can definitely tell the difference, they've been a life saver and nice to have instead of constantly taking allergy pills.

When allergies are something that you live with, finding an all natural remedy is tough to find. This product is a natural means of achieving that end. It sure beats drugs that may be harmful to you. This product uses Quercetin Dihydrate and Stinging Nettle as its base ingredients. I've heard of the values of Stinging Nettle but not Quercetin. But whatever it is, the two of them do work together pretty well. Unfortunately, for my needs, it is short lived. It lasts maybe 4 hours or so. Based on the instructions on the bottle you take two tablets daily on an empty stomach. This is an easy thing to do. But, when my allergy persists most of the day it just does not provide the protection that I need. I did try it over the term of a week thinking that it might be something that builds over time, but it was not to be. So my search continues. Comes in a double sealed bottle with 60 servings, which is good enough for a 30 day month. Easy to swallow and has little to no real taste. If your allergy needs are not over demanding this is something that might be an option as the stuff does work and it can be felt that you have recieved relief. This is a review on my personal response to the product and yours may vary. It seems to be a good product, if a bit pricy though, and is worth a try if you want to wean yourself off of the drug laden products.
