Wooden Rope Ladder

Pleased with the ladder although the finish is plain untreated wood and white rope (unlike the rope for other products I've purchased i.e. swings). Be aware that the overall length is longer than the drop on a standard swing frame resulting in the lowest rung and associated rope trailing on the grass - not a great problem as the rung couls be removed and the rope re-knotted.

We have a wooden framed double swing in our garden and I was obsessed about somehow adding a rope ladder to it for my 5 and 7 year olds.The reviews here on Amazon about this rope ladder were excellent and reassured me about the quality of the product and so I ordered it but with some reservations about whether it would be ok for what I had in mind...After a fair bit of fiddling with it, I ended up feeding it through itself and over the centre bar so that it was securely fixed between the two swings - this allowed my two little people to use the swings without any problems but also able to switch to climbing this great little accessory for a bit of variety in their play. It sat there securely all summer and has been a great source of entertainment for them.It's a fantastic ladder and you can see from the other reviews that it's versatile depending on what you want it for. Highly recommended!

Its not completely cheap and nasty, I'm sure it will last, but its not good quality either.The rungs themselves are made from thin wooden dowel with holes drilled at each end, which are very uncomfortable if your climbing in bare feet so my son tells me. I dare not try them out, they do not look like they will take the weight of an adult.What I am most disappointed with is the quality of the rope, its that nasty thin nylon variety that burns your hands if then rope is pulled through them. If the product description had said nylon rope, I would not have bought it.In hindsight I wish Id looked harder and paid a little more for better quality, recommend you do the same.

I chose this item to bring a new dimension to our activity frame. The ladder clips on easily but it is rather long for the height for our frame. I haven't figured out how to make it a better size yet and have even wondered if I can safely hang it from a tree branch. it is sturdily made and has smooth wooden bars which are untreated wood. In time it will become dirty with shoes. It might have benefitted from some type of coating to protect it.

My son loves this ladder doesn't come with attachment but you can buy them on amazon... Very sturdy a great buy

Skinnier than expected, but works well for our needs. I am 85kg and it supports me fine.

We built a tree house with a trap door and this was exactly what we were looking.Note: fix the ladder at two points at the top of the ladder (I used two locking carabiners) and the same at the bottom if you want the ladder to be usable for under 10s

A good rope ladder, does stretch a bit so now trailing on the floor. Would start it a bit higher to allow for the stretch.
