Good quality and works well
The product quality is great for the price and exceeded my expectations. I liked the larger diameter and thick walled aluminum compared to other more expensive kits I looked at. I mounted them to a fence post and did not used the forks but they are wider and thicker than others I’ve seen so I would expect better stability. Assembly was easy but a lot of steps due to the segmented design. The only complaint is the steal brackets for mounting to the fence were very thin and had sharp edges. The end result was perfect.

Durable, sturdy, and nice looking.
I bought this to lift my lights up above head level. So easy to set up. I installed these independently and I had no problems at all. They have been up for 2 months and have not budged through heavy winds nor rainy downpours. The lights have elevated the look of my yard. I have recommended to my friends.

Work well, robust, better quality than cheaper versions.
These are great. I needed more and was tempted by a screaming deal on another style/brand. As you can see in the photos, this brand is much more robust than the cheaper version. You do get what you pay for. These are only two sections rather than many sections like others which makes the pole stronger. One of these had a prong start to separate but it was minor. I’m sure it hit a large rock underground. I ultimately decided I wanted it in a different location and was able to pull it out and install it in a new spot without it breaking more. So while it tore away it was still strong. Keep in mind that string lights are heavy. While these are robust, they will lean slightly if enough weight and tension is applied. Heed the suggested distance for placement.

Nice And sturdy
So far so good. The 1st set we received were used. I sent them back and got a replacement within days. Nice customer service. They are sturdy, we will know more when a crazy storm rol oh s threw but we really like them.

Not 10FT
They really need to stop advertising these as 10ft. The box they came in says 9.2 ft. When you're done, you have a tad over 8ft from the ground to the bottom of the "hook" where you hang the wire. I read previous reviews that complained about the height not being 10ft but calculated that they would be tall enough for me. They are. So, if that height works for you, these are a great buy.I installed them a few days ago; so, I can't comment on their long term viability. They are rugged. When I started to install, I jammed the pole into the ground and plumbed it. Then I took a short piece of 2x4 laid it across two prongs and tapped the middle of the 2x4 with a three pound sledge hammer alternating between the two sets of prongs. This helped keep the pole plumb.I did manage to bend one of the prongs by tapping just on it when I was having an issue. I ended up pulling the pole out to start again. That's when I discovered the bent prong. If you bend a prong, it's almost impossible to keep the pole plumb. I was leery about straightening the prong as I had read reviews where people said the prongs had broken off. I put the bent prong in a vise and pulled on the good prong. I was successful in straightening and it went into the ground just file.I initially had some difficulty inserting the top pole but was able to overcome that by twisting the top pole in the move direction (it's labelled on the pole). You can "play" with the top pole to line up the hooks as you want. The top pole does come out easily and goes back in just file.

Great string light poles
I purchased these poles for around our pool area. They work great and have held up great. They were so easy to install and easily remove and reposition. I would order these again.

BENDS under pressure of string lights.
Very disappointed in this product. We added our string lights in a zig zag pattern and the poles bent significantly. (Both the poles connected to a deck post and the ones mounted to the ground spikes.) They are not bending from the base/ground level much, mostly along where each segment connects (kind of like a spine.) I made sure each segment was seated well and locked in. If you have Christmas style lights or use these poles in a straight line, you may have better luck.UPDATE: Seller was prompt to reach out and make things right. I did try another one of their light pole sets (that only has two sections, but has same overall height.) It is significantly better and shows very little bend under pressure.

Meh... The spikes get damaged relatively easily, but the product works
These poles are ok. They bend under the weight of the lamps (as others have noted), but they seem to be relatively sturdy despite the leaning. The bigger issue is that when you get them into the ground, you have a very good chance of damaging the spikes which means that this is a one shot install. Don't count on moving them later on. And, if you hit any kind of stone / rocks while trying to get them into the ground, they might break altogether. In the end, I managed to install three out of four. The fourth one hit some rocks and had to be discarded.
