No it is 110 USA and totally useless outside USA - the company does not supply a voltage converter and expects you to find one yourself - I had weeks of hassle and ended up sending it back. Such a total waste of time and money and the company were a nightmare to deal with - clueless not nasty - I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole!
