This is better than the older model I have seen that has a stand separate wireless mic unit. Just two cables power and HDMI and you are good to go. Wifi setup is easy and link to mobile app is super easy too. One small problem is that mobile app wasn't easy to find. WeChat scan didn't send you to the proper link. I posted the link in previous review but it was deemed against policy. The android app needs some improvement but overall functional. Remote control can turn off the machine but somehow cannot turn on. WeChat customer service was awesome though. My wife accidentally switched one mic to the same channel as the other. The customer service showed me how to switch back. The song library is amazing! Just like what's in KTV. It automatically downloads from server and the speed can hit 1m per second. If you think mic volume is too low he key is to keep the balance of mic and music volume. With an update sent from the customer rep the remote control response improved tremendously. It's certainly a portable machine to carry to friends house party too. Nice product! Having owned two other karaoke machines over the past 15 years this is certainly the best one. Highly recommend.

Do not buy this karaoke machine. It was delivered with a broken microphone and none of the directions are in English. I had to research and watch multiple YouTube videos just to get the machine setup. After I got the machine setup, the machine would not download any songs from the cloud, even though I was connected to wifi and downloaded the mobile app. Also, the seller requires you to pay for the return shipping fee, which is $92.00 with UPS given the size of the machine. I am escalating through Amazon but want to save potential buyers from having these problems.

The microphone was doing OK at the first couple usage, then it won't work anymore. Try all the methods, and still not working. The customer service did come back to me, but their solution also not working. Bought another 2 sets of microphones, and they are working OK. This machine is OK, a lot of songs. I loved it, that is also why I didn't return it even the microphone wasn't working. A lot of fun!

I hated that you could only contact their customer service through WeChat! This is very problematic if you’re not Chinese or know anyone who has WeChat. You won’t be able to dl the app!If you can get pass that, the machine was very user friendly. The interface was very clean and easy to use. It came already set up in English but you can change the language setting. The songs are also very diverse. YouTube was also installed but I was unable to log into my account. The mic also had a lag and it was on the wrong frequency. However, I read and was told this could be fixed through their customer support on WeChat, unfortunately that I was not able to contact!!!Great system overall, if you have WeChat! Unfortunately we had to return ours because it wasn’t worth the frustration for me.

Easy to use and good quality, technical support are super patient, responsive and professional! It worths the price!

Bad search engine and lack is American artists. Cannot search by year. Cannot search by type of music. Cannot delete all the Chinese songs. Cannot build personal play lists. Very poor! Hard to connect to video tv or separate speakers and stereo is not available. Duets are worthless. WeChat app only way to get to limited library of American English speaking artists.

My parent use it every weekend. Easy to use, fast shipping. I have two friends who ordered the same model immediately after trying it. The customer service is also very friendly. Every time I encounter a problem that I don't understand, I send a message and receive a reply quickly.

when you sign, you can tell that there is a delay between your voice and the voice from your tv (or other audio device. I tried to change settings, but could not make it to work.there is no menu in any language inside the box, and you have to guess how to make everything to work.I also tried to contract customer service, and no one responds.
