Great while it worked. Bought this for my son to help keep braces clean post jaw surgery. He found it initially too painful to use, even at the low setting, so it was unused for several weeks but once fully recovered he found it a great help and used it on high setting daily. His hygienist and orthodontist both commented on an improvement to his oral hygiene. Unfortunately, the flosser stopped working after about 3 weeks daily use and at today's appointment, his hygienist noticed a deterioration again. In principle, this is a fantastic idea and when it works it really does as advertised and improves oral hygiene, unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have a long life and is far too expensive for only a few weeks use. Sadly I now need to look into returning it as "not fit for purpose" and will look for an alternative.Update *******Received an email in response to my review saying that this is a problem with a particular batch and a replacement has been offered & accepted. I will post another review once the replacement has been fully tested for a decent length of time.******** 2nd Update Received the replacement flosser, however, as my son had further jaw surgery he was again unable to use the flosser for several weeks. He has re-commenced using it and is getting the very good results he achieved initially with the first flosser. Within a few days of use, the first flosser developed a problem with the actual plastic tip where after only a few uses it became very loose and water dribbled everywhere. I suspect this allowed water to get into the electrics of the flosser which caused it to stop working. The replacement seems to have a much better grip and this isn't happening (so far) but it is still early days. I have upgraded the overall result to 4 but will increase or decrease it in the future depending on the long term results. I hope it lasts as I want to buy a second one for myself.3rd update - increased star rating to 5 as the flosser has now been used daily for a year and my son is very happy with it. I actually came on the site to order one for myself and I am disappointed to find they are out of stock. It's on my wish list so I will keep checking to buy one in the future.

Previously I had given this a poor review because the motor stopped working very soon after purchase. I recently received a new flosser from Homecube as a gesture of goodwill. I was dubious about using this product again after such a disappointing experience. However, after using it daily for two weeks concerns have been allayed because it's working well and I'm happy with the efficiency. It charges very quickly. The charge is held much longer than the previous one I purchased and the motor appears to be more powerful. Initially, I used two fills but have found one is sufficient for a whole mouth irrigation. I tend to stop half way through for a swish and then another at the end. This has aided cleaning and provides a rinse using the diluted mouthwash solution. A good idea, because most of the solution goes down the drain during irrigation. I haven't managed to try the additional heads but I am sure in the future they will be utilised. I still like the fact it's light and easy to transport and they're no cumbersome attachments or cords.

This is an impressive water flosser, it has a unique design which allows it to deliver water at high pressure so it can easily clean and get rid of plaque and bacteria between your teeth and gums. It has three different modes as well as a handy LED light so you can easily navigate between the options available to you. It also has a large water tank and the rechargeable battery means you don't have to worry about buying new batteries.The reservoir is refilled through a small hole in the base with an easy open waterproof flap. The advantage of the small reservoir is that the unit is not too large to hold or pack. I have found that a single charge lasts for a good week. Very impressive and good product.

I've had two of these,and several others on the market,,,,this without doubt is the best,and most powerfulIt did fail to charge after a few months but was replaced by the company within days excellent service,Use it every day.also bought all the kids one for xmas,couldn't be without it,flossing stuff is so fiddly and expensive and I have a lot of crowns, which isn't ideal for the wire type flossing,this however is amazing,,even though the battery went I still went ahead and bought four more,,as it's just the best on out there,brilliant product and absolutely fantastic service,

I've had a water pick before so knew what to expect. I actually broke the last one travelling, so this seemed like a good option for me and I got it on the black friday lightning deals. It's only negative is that it's very noisy so if you live with other people who will be trying to sleep when you're using this then it might not be a great idea, my 2 cats are terrified of it, but it's very effective.I'm sure it probably says not to, but I put in some gum treatment mouthwash in with the water for direct gum cleaning.I have sinus issues and one day will use it as a nasal wash (it's also intended for that) but I'm not brave enough yet

Great this one was for my Grandson who has an impacted wisdom tooth, and was in a lot of pain despite taking tablets from the dentist. He used my flosser with a NEW tip and within the day felt a great relief. He was shocked how clean his teeth felt. Great product and so compact it is always with my toiletries when I go away( in this instance we were on holiday on a canal boat) the charge last about a week using the flosser daily some times twice a day.

Arrived very quickly correct packaging un damaged easy to use I do have gum problems after the first use I could see and feel how well the flosser works I used for a week twice a day the diffrance in my gums and teeth whiter stronger I did take it away with me compact so no problem so then bought a second for my Duaghter
