Q: Is it for only oem fenders? i have aftermarket fenders

They mount in the factory holes for the factory flaps. If your aftermarket fenders have the same mounting points in the fender liner, they would fit, but I would assume the answer is most likely “no” and you should look for a universal kit.

Q: Do these come with red logos on black flap?

I believe they only have black with black logo and black with white logo, or red with black logo... you may want to reach out to the manufacturer on that option.

Q: Are these for sale with red logos?

They were when I bought them in 2018.

Q: What prevents them from working on 2018 tacoma without flare fender? I tried the weathertech flarless solution but they rub my tire.

Search for my review. I added pictures and a detailed description to this. If you install as instructed you’ll have a 1/2” gap in some areas that the fender flare covers. Just move them up a bit and re-drill holes and you’ll be fine. I’ve had mine for 5 years with no problems.
