How many pizza per hour can this oven cook?

The Witt Pizza oven cooks a Pizza in 1 minute, however allowing for you to take the pizza out of the oven and then place the next pizza into the oven I would estimate around 40 Pizza could be cooked in one hour, hope this helps.

The dimensions between the legs when extended is 55.2cm so yes it would fit onto a 60cm table the overall size of the Pizza oven is 66.3cm, I hope this helps

What is the material of the roof and rest of the oven. I have read that inferior plating might be used?

Looks like steel with a ceramic layer. Seems good to me and it's been used a few times and left out in the rain, so no issues here.
