I am so tired of influencers. They are selling products whether or not they like it. This product does NOT work. I have followed the instructions, I have watched many videos on tips and tricks.. This stuff is an absolute waste of money.. I’m giving it five stars so that Amazon doesn’t bury my honest review. I think we have the right to know whether or not something actually works.. and this, my friends, does not!! It’s merely Christmas time and influencers are out in full force hustling for that money.

I don’t think this works anything close to what the advertisements show. First, no where did I see in the description that this was a “matte” finish product. (See the box I received.) So I ordered some from another source and it was matte as well. I would never knowingly purchase a matte primer for my 57 year old skin as it makes your wrinkles more defined! And second, there was no protective seal on the bottle opening so I have no idea if this was a previous return or what as the other bottle I purchased from the other source did have a seal. The bottle seemed full but there was NO seal on it. As far as helping with wrinkles, I didn’t notice ANYTHING. The videos show major changes and lasting for hours. My wrinkles aren’t that bad, but I expected to notice something. But nope. NOTHING. I tried it a couple of times. Even put on one side of my face but not the other and just let it dry all evening to make sure I was allowing it to dry properly and I did not feel hardly any tightening and could not see any difference. I also feel like bc of the matte finish it just made my wrinkles stand out more! My photos show what I received. However the last picture is what the description shows “now”. That was not there when I bought it. I went back and checked as soon as I received it to see if I missed something and nope. It did NOT say matte finish anywhere in any photos or description at that time (that I could see anyway) like the box I received that clearly states matte finish. This has since been updated here. So I’m guessing that this has been a complaint from others and/or they now have this new option (Hydrated Glowing Finish). Just out of curiosity I also got the one in the black tube and same thing. No noticeable difference between before and after. For me, neither were worth the price and I personally do not recommend either PTR face tightening product.

Product works well however it still leaves a white residue if you rub it too much after it dries. So when putting in makeup over I’d recommend using light pressure. Still worth the purchase though.

I really like this! I had been using the eye gel, and thought I would give the tinted primer a shot since it worked so well. It tightened nicely and lasted all day - even with my oily skin. It stood well on its own, but also played well with my powder foundation, blush, and etc., and even finishing spray. Generous size, too!

Please save your money.I have so tried to avoid all the influencers and online ads for products like this but somehow I got sucked into one for this product as it was an older man and I guess I thought “this has to be real, right? What man would do a review about a beauty product unless it actually worked.”Well I purchased it and followed instructions exactly and result was - absolutely NOTHING, not one change. My top lids of eyes did not change at all, slight bag under my eye did not change at all. No lifting, no tightening of anything. Only thing I can say is that there was no white powdery film like some reviews mentioned, this had the look of a light coverup and that would be the only reason for any change is that it was covering something on my skin but I can get that from a $6.99 coverup stick at CVS.

This product is not as described. It seems to be designed more for visual appeal than practical use on the face. While it does create a temporary tightening effect, it does so by leaving a white, chalky film on the surface of your skin that’s meant to blur imperfections—but that’s where the benefits end. You can't apply anything on top of it—no makeup, moisturizer, or serums—because they disrupt the film and cause it to wipe off completely. Facial expressions? Forget it. The product cracks or loses effectiveness the moment you move your face.I've experimented with it in countless ways: applying it before and after serums, mixing it with moisturizers or makeup, and nothing works. In fact, combining it with other products releases a strong, ammonia-like smell that’s irritating and burns the nostrils.Unless you're okay with walking around with a stiff, expressionless face covered in a white film, I do not recommend this product.
