It is very pricey; bulky and heavy; but that’s all I can say about the cons. As soon as I received it and held it the quality was outstanding: durable, quality made, and delivered on its promise of being waterproof and drop proof. It does have a front screen cover that seems thin, but the iPhone screen is really close tight to it that it feels as sensitive and responsive to touch as if it did not have a screen on it. I’m hoping it will protect the screen though since it is nearlyImpossible to put on a screen protector on your iPhone and close the case. The case is heavy and bulky, but it is not that bulky and heavy in exchange for protecting the iPhone in water, dust, and drops. It feels thinner than other cases that claims to be water, dust, and drop proof. The iPhone itself is actually heavy so the case seems heavy, but just holding the case itself, it is really light. I had to admit, I did not feel good about the price, but after looking at the price of an Apple insurance, the case is about 1/3 of the price and I am confident it will protect the iPhone very well to a point that no repairs will ever be needed as long as it is in the case. as far as the sound, it gives a pretty loud output, especially if you open the charging port. It definitely does have a better sound output than many waterproof cases I know without compromising any waterproof protection. I am very impressed with this case with the plus of having a camera protector for it that is as guarded as the entire phone, and it does not seem to interfere with camera use. Not to mention, if you use the mag lite backing for charging it is included too (I use a silicone wallet at the back so I use the port charging and I can play with my phone while charging instead of placing the phone down to charge it). Don’t let the skeptics and bad reviews stray you away from getting this high quality case. I’ve had LifeProof cases before, and I don’t think the quality went down after Otterbox bought the company basing it off of this case and the quality of material this was made out of. This case definitely gives me all the confidence in the world to do whatever I want to this phone at any environment. I don’t regret paying a pretty penny for this after actually using the case with the iPhone. It does also come with a cloth to clean the phone screen and the front case before closing the iPhone inside the case. Don’t hesitate to get it especially if it gives you peace of mind with your phone.

We have used OtterBox covers for 10+ years and have only had to replace a few times due to phone upgrades. This product is the water proof model and we've already discovered the plugin location is going to wear out quickly. For what we paid for this product, we are disappointed. None the less, the durability of OtterBox products will still be our number one choice.

The case looks sleek and has a strong magnet. Don’t worry about the front of the case- it isn’t like crappy 2018 iPhone 7 cases, you can’t tell at all that it isn’t your own phone screen. The only con is that audio quality goes down a bit, but it isn’t that noticeable with charger plug out. I don’t blame the case though- that’s just a sacrifice of waterproof cases. Feels durable.
