I bought this duo of “flow “ right and “Joyfield “ and NONE - SUPER LIGHT PMS 😃I have tried a lot of things and nothing has worked for my PMS. I get horrible PMS when I ovulate. And I wasn’t biting heads off like I normally do I wasn’t depressed like I normally was I had a little bit of crying, so but I have other stuff going on, so that’s why that happened, but yeah I really like it. I’m going to continue buying it and continue using it because isn’t fun for anybody and deal with it when you can take a couple of vitamins every day and it be gone 💁🏼♀️🥰👏🏼 🌈🧘♀️

I bought this set making for the go with the flow hormone balance, I’m not sure how good it is because I didn’t notice any difference. Until I sopped taking it! So I might try again.

Makes a difference!
This is the ONLY supplement I've ever taken where I have immediately noticed a difference. I keep these in stock and have for more than a year because of how much they help with regulating my moods, especially when my hormones are bugging out! you hit a home with these supplements.. i have tried alot and i am not making medical claims but these are amazing and they uplifted my mood and helped with my hot flashes.. i know everyone is different but definitely would purchase again and so worth the money.. way to go
