We rescued a puppy that had previously been abused , his tail had been partially paralysed and he had been swung by the tail and leg then thrown on the ground, leaving him with chronic pain caused by damage to his pelvis and the blow from being thrown onto the ground. He was in chronic pain, barely able to walk in the mornings or when the weather was colder/ in the evenings or after a walk. He was on meloxicam every day for months. And still in so much pain, it was so distressing to watch, he is only 11 months old!A friend recommended yumove which has helped and made him more agile, but he still had pain in the mornings and evenings. A pharmacist friend (who suffered from arthritis) told me that she had been using a human equivalent of yumove but didn't really notice a huge difference, until a friend suggested she try high doses of omega 3 oils alongside the other vitamins, which really helped with her pain. I looked on Amazon and found this pure natural Scottish Salmon oil, so I ordered it to give it a try.I am honestly blown away by the difference this has made to my pup! He is running and jumping and playing and doing all the normal things a puppy his age should be doing! Not only that, he LOVES the oil! We have been giving some to our other rescue dog, who is normally bothered by itchy skin and she is happier, less itchy and both of their coats look healthier and sleeker! Before trying this oil, our puppy needed help climbing the steps, which we bought for him to get into our bed (yes we spoil our pups!), today I watched him jump onto my bed, then leap to the other side whilst chasing his sister! He then ran through the house chasing her for a good twenty minutes!The best part is that after months of needing to medicate him with meloxicam every day, he has only needed meds once or twice. Great product, and ideal for my active dogs. I have an English Springer Spaniel that has had it since she was 4 months old and my staffy has had it for the last year too. Obviously they cannot tell me that it has made a differnce, but their coats are shining, and no sign of joint problems, so all in all I feel it is doing its job. Having a pump to dispence too is great as it makes sure of right dose and not messy at all, and better than giving capsuals that they tend to leave as they are not fussed on them. This time I bought the litre bottle as it was great value. Would recommend to all dog owners.

Purchased for my dogs one being a Staffordshire she seems to like the taste but not sure how long it will take to see if she’s benefiting from it, she itches a lot and it’s caused hair loss on belly and hind legs. Chose off the reviews but too early to say if it has helped. Quick delivery & secure packaging love that it has a pump.

My dog was nearly 15 and already arthritic when I started using this. I only wish I had started using it years ago. It can’t turn the clock back but hopefully it will stop things getting much worse. Does it work? Honest answer- I don’t know but my dog is happier now. Is that a coincidence or just a bit more ‘oiling of her joints? At 15 she goes on reasonably long walks with a 4.5 year old dog and keeps up well and enjoys herself. She has a good coat, shiny eyes - all in all - she looks good! She eats it on her food with relish - I would recommend it. I’m converted but I would recommend not leaving it until your dog is as old as mine.

This is amazing I have a 6 years old Staffordshire bull terrier my baby girl since she was a pup we was always at the vets she was diagnosed with dermatitis and some other allergies and it was affecting her skin especially her legs and her paws so each month the vet bill was rolling in at about 124 to 130.. so a work colleague mentioning this stuff to me fish oils and how much it's help her dog with dermatitis so we thought we'd give it a go..didn't see the effects straight away maybe about 4 weeks and her skin was improvement so much and saved me a lot of money..

A product from Heaven!Looking for a natural treatment for my rough collie, I find out on google search that Salmon Oil is highly recommended for cats, dogs, horses, etc not just for treating a condition but to prevent it. STORY: My dog began shedding his fur excessively and scratching constantly to the point of bleeding and creating bold patches wherever he could reac! I stopped treating my dog with standard vet prescriptions for a number of problems he had in the past, because they always caused him in one way or another reactions that had to be treated with more nasty pharmaceutical products! This particular product (Scottish Salmon Oil) had great reviews in amazon and outside this platform too when I did my research.The product arrived next day from when I ordered it (free delivery), following day I added the amount recommended to his raw meat and vegetables - Kasey wasn't quite sure about it after he had a sniff at it but being a hungry dog after his exercise he went for it, second day went by I didn't observe much change on his behaviour, third day HE STOPPED SCRATCHING!!! as if a switch was turned off!
