My 9 year old daughter loves this! She needed a little help with the recipes in the beginning, but after a couple of times, she does it all by herself. I stay close by for the oven part, of course. She loves making tiny things!

Very cute book. The mini bakes in it are adorable looking. The recipes are simple which makes them good for children but not for full or intricate flavors. That said this book is great for a person who is just getting into baking and loves the look of these little sweets.

This book is filled with some really delicious, creative and fun tiny treats, especially for children’s parties. Recipe instructions are really easy to follow.

This is an excellent cookbook for both following the instructions and for simple inspiration. Starting with a series of recommended tools and bakewares, it leads into several dozen recipes ranging from clever upside-down octopus cake pops to tiny hamburger themed sandwich cookies and macarons. Each recipe includes ingredients, step by step instructions and multiple illustrative photos to help you along the way. The hardbound book itself is well printed with bright, clear photos with good colors printed on glossy pages. The offered projects fall well within the range for the kind of thing you might want to do with your kids, or just for a special holiday occasion with tiny soda can sized tiered cakes and expressive Halloween monster-faced pies, there's really a bit of everything, and using the information included you can no doubt invent your own clever desserts as above all else each recipe focused on technique and result. Even if you're not interested in cooking, the book is a nice coffee table piece that will surely strike up a conversation. I find myself all around impressed with both the presentation and product.

The book is full of fun dessert design ideas for tiny creations. Many of the creations are fairly simple to make, such as tiny cupcakes and cake pops, but there are a good number of recipes that are a bit more challenging such as the tiny pies and tiered cake recipes . Instructions are laid out clearly with photos for reference, and most of the recipes are simple enough for novices to make. Some of the dessert designs do require speciality frosting tips and fondant cutters, but for the most part, most of the items are easy to pick up from your local craft store. Overall, this is a fun book if you're looking to make tiny cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pies.

Any recipe book that gives you weight instead of volume measurement is worth the purchase any day! Fantastic!
