Excellant quality product, very different texture from the fruiting bodies type which I also use. Still waiting for the full positive affects of the mycellium but I can tell by the quality it won't be much longer. I mix it along with the fruiting body mushroom powder in my chaga mushroom coffee every morning.

I have found Lion's Main mushroom powder to help my memory as I age. I am happy with this brand.

I bought this because I’m 56 and thought it might help support memory as I get older. I’ve been adding it to my morning coffee, and the taste really hasn’t changed my coffee much at all. The ingredients is lions mane powder that can be used in different ways and it’s a light brown color. I do have a sensitive stomach, so I’ve only been taking 1/4 teaspoon once a day to ease into it instead of jumping into the full amount. So far, no stomach issues for me. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because while it mostly mixes in after stirring, I still end up with some settling in the bottom of my cup and usually have to add a little water and swirl it around to get the rest. Plus it seems a bit pricey and I’m wondering if I should just grow some lions mane and try that. As far as memory improvement, it’s too early for me to tell since I’m still easing into it and not taking the full recommended amount yet

This lions mane help me with focus and clarity I put it in my coffee and drink in the morning and.i am able to stay on task all day good stuff highly recommended

If you are unfamiliar with Paul Stamets you should look more into him and his products. He is a leader in mycology and really cares about the help he can provide with quality products and information. Results: I do feel as if Lion's Mane has added some more clarity to my daily brain function. I have been using it for a month now. I don't quite know how to describe it as this isn't a miracle drug but I can just say I have less foggy days have a better well being day to day. I have noticed it is easier to focus and learn things through my new job and grad school. There is lots of good medical research to back up these claims. Consumption method: The quality seems great as it is grated well and consistently. Next time I may get the pills though, but the price per does it much better in this product. I first tried taking it straight and washing it down with a gulp of water because I thought I would have no problem. However, it didn't go quite as planned. I started putting it in my coffee everyday but I am a stickler of the residue of little bits that stay behind. I went back to taking it straight and it really isn't that bad now. The taste is almost like a woody undertones but besides that it is more of a texture thing with how it mixes if you are trying to take it straight. If you are able to mix it in a drink there is no taste to me and the texture is minimal, think medium pulp orange juice.

After taking this product for two weeks, my migraines and gastrointestinal issues gradually returned. I didn't realize that the powder was the cause until later. It's crucial to be cautious since the damage to the body may increase slowly. I rated this product with five stars due to its incredible marketing. It was so effective that it actually deceived me into purchasing this foolish powder.
