Floating Plants for Water Gardens and Ponds (Water Lettuce)

Received my Water Lettuce very Quickly...Ordered on the 11th got on the 15th. Was in the mail box for 7hrs on 88 degree day due to working. The plant itself was palm sized, leaves closing in on itself as plants do to protect itself, leaves had a touch of yellowing on the edges but very little, most of the roots were intact, and looks to be a very healthy specimen. I rinsed the bottom/roots, put it in my Aquarium, Day before I added my All in One Fertilizer to the Tank, Day 1 Potassium added, Day 2 Iron added, Day 3 my All in One Fertilizer, Today, the plant is Thriving, leaves are opening up, new roots about an inch long, and looks to be a cluster of plants (the main Plant and 3 smaller plants on the outer edge). UPDATE...Day 6...I just separated the Baby Plants described (Above, all of which have a healthy bunch of new roots) and trimmed the dying/yellowing leaves...Now, I have 4 plants and they all seem to be thriving...Plus got another Baby Plant starting to grow off of the Mother Plant.

No wild life in my pond but these are multiplying and thriving well.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well it arrived. The plants were healthy, in great condition, and adapted quickly once added to my pond. Within a short time, the water lettuce began multiplying and spreading beautifully. It has added a lush, natural look to the water and is growing very well. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely order again!

I received the pond lettuce today and I was vey disappointed. They were no larger than a half dollar coin. I've bought them other years at a local nursery and they were much larger.

Was healthy putting my pond and within a couple days it seemed like it is wilted. I notice the middle leaves are perking up and turning a brighter green some hope that is a good sign.

Plants looked ok when received, a little yellow but placed them immediately in pond. I think they will be ok. I felt the shipping cost was a little high so I will be purchasing from my local pond guy in future.

Bought these they were healthy and slowly multiplying. A must for a pond or water feature.

These are really cool. I bought them twice. My first ones were doing really great and then started to get yellow and die. I looked into it, and I believe my the fountain in my pond was getting them too wet, and breaking them down. I changed to a bubbler, and they have a multitude of new plants all over them. They look great, and provide shade for my fish.
