Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil 3600 mg, EPA & DHA, Over 2100mg Omega-3

I’ve tried a few fish oil supplements over the years, and this is one of the best I’ve used. The biggest plus for me is that it doesn’t give me heartburn, fishy burps, or that unpleasant acidic feeling I’ve experienced with some other brands. Only recently did I learn how important the EPA and DHA levels are when choosing an Omega-3 supplement. Looking back, the products I used previously had much lower amounts. That’s not to say they were bad products, but I now realise they weren’t giving me the strength I was actually looking for. This one has a much higher EPA and DHA content, which is exactly what I wanted. The softgels are easy to take, and I also like that the product is third party tested and made in a GMP certified facility, which gives a bit of extra confidence in the quality. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and will definitely be buying it again.

I've been taking this Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil for a couple of months now and I'm really impressed. good quality, Packaging definitely swallow them. Do not let them linger in your mouth too long as they taste disgusting. did I feel any benefits can't say I did, but then again, I didn't feel worse, so a bit of a hard one
