The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this in April to use in my bathroom. It worked great for a while, and definitely removed a lot of the water in the air. We kept it clean and emptied, and for a while, it was great. Barely any fog on the mirror after a shower. The lights were pretty, and the fan was quiet. (I actually would’ve preferred it to be louder for bathroom privacy, but I know most people probably want a quiet fan) Randomly a few weeks ago, it wouldn’t turn on which I thought was odd. I checked it to make sure it wasn’t clogged with dust or anything, emptied the barely full water tank, and plugged it back in. It worked for another day or so, then never turned on again. The return window is closed, obviously, and now I’m out the money and still don’t have a dehumidifier. I didn’t want to fork up $60-70 for a nicer one, but now I guess I don’t have a choice because our old home doesn’t have a vent fan in the bathroom and I don’t want to get mold.Update: I was able to figure out how to contact the seller, and they sent a replacement immediately. I’m very pleased with their service, and grateful to not have to buy another dehumidifier. Excellent service!

I really liked this product for the first few months. It was really quiet and efficient and had a decent capacity for the too we used it in. Unfortunately after only about 3 months of use it completely stopped working. Now if I push the power button, it just beeps twice and doesn’t turn on. Reading the other reviews I see this is a common complaint. Fortunately it stopped working right before I purchased a few more since I had wanted to test it out before I bought them for all of our bedrooms.

The media could not be loaded.  My home office has always had an over moisture issue so I bought this hoping to fix that. When I received it I wasn't sure if it would work given how small it is, but let me tell you, it works wonders. Simply plug it in, turn it on and watch it collect all that extra moisture. It's compact so it's not in the way, is very quiet, and has a cool coloring changing light. When it's full it will turn off and blink red. Simply remove the container, dump it, and put it back. I highly recommend this!!

Was purchased for use in a small camper. Worked great until it just stopped working. Went to power it on and it just beeps. I cleaned everything again but nothing happens. All instructions were followed. So it worked great 11/2023-03/2024. Personally that is just not long enough for the price.

This is a small dehumidifier that works well is small spaces like a bathroom/shower. The container fills up after 2-3 showers. I have it running 24 hrs/day with no issues.Update to first review: I reduced the # of stars to 1 since it stopped working. Maybe a bad sensor. Not sure if Amazon fullfilled this order ot an 3rd party vendor. If it doesn't get replaced/refunded. I'll have to dump and find another brand. if the seller makes good on the warranty, I'll change the rating back to 5.Update 11/28: Contacted the seller and he sent me a brand new replacement within a week. I am pleasantly surprised at the customer service and support, so the seller definitely deserves 5 stars!

I bought 2 units. They worked great for 5 months when one quit and failed to turn on (thus the weak design) . It was outside of the Amazon return window so I figured I was just out of luck. But, to my amazment, I contacted the warranty email in the instruction manual and was sent a replacement unit after sendind a video of the issue. 2 stars for the product design and 5 stars for the warranty support. I hope the units continue to work.

I bought one of these to test it out. I have to admit I was surprised how well it worked. It had two speed settings and the colorful led that could be turned off. Overall it was a strong 4.9/5; the only downside was that the power button and light mode button lights could not be turned off so it wasn't great in my main bathroom at night. But some black tape fixed that.I was so satisfied with the unit that I bought 2 additional ones. All 3 units worked so well. They all had the same features and extracted a lot of moisture from the air. Then 2 months later after buying the additional units, 2/3 units I had stopped working. I attempted to reach out to costumer service but after one response they became unresponsive. The remaining machine is working well for now which is why I'm leaving the review at 2 stars rather than 1.Pros: units remove a lot of moisture from the air (when the units are off you can really feel a differece), small, quiet, led can be turned offCons: 2/3 units stopped working after 2-3 months of using, light and power button lights can't be turned off so there's no true night modeTl;dr: impressive dehumidifier, but will stop working within 2-3 months of first use.---------------------------Update: After pushing a but more and messaging with the manufacturer regarding the unit failures they were super responsive and very willing to assist me in solving the issue. It ended up being an issue with the 3 power supplies (the last machine also broke down). They were able to provide me the means to purchase a new power supply that they recommend and the machines were back up and running. It was a great solve because I am very satisfied with the power these little things pack.3/5 stars from me because although the manufacturer was responsive it's a bit of a headache to have 3 dehumidifier randomly stop working for no apparent reason.

The dehumidifier dehumidifies well but the power cord on one already glitched out and won’t keep it on, so I rotate the one cord I have left from the second one I bought and it gets quite hot after a bit. So it’s only a matter of time... I’ve emailed the manufacturer for the “warranty” per the paper in the packaging, to no avail.
