I bought this bright cheerful yellow lamp for my hospital table/ tray which now serves as to serve as my nightstand. The hospital table sits rather high up in height and so the lamp reflects its light out rather well, given that the head of the lamp is flexible and be put or angled in different positions. The bright yellow color stands out and gives a very bright splash of color given the dark brown top of the hospital tray. The lamp is very well made. I love that it flexible and can be positioned in many different angles. My eyes are very sensitive to light and with its flexible neck I can chose to angle it in several ways which helps with my eyes being so sensitive to light. I love the easy rocker style switch for my hands don't work really well and the rocker switch gets it turned on and off easily. It says it comes with a lightbulb, but mine came with no lightbulb. This was a minor inconvenience I had to wait serval days to use it I don't drive anymore and had to wait until my caregiver went shopping for me. I am over all very happy with the lamp. The price is fair, and the good quality of the lamp makes the fair price even more satisfying. I would buy this lamp again if needed too.

It's cute, it's bright enough for close work, and it doesn't take up a lot of space on my desk. I got the marble finish and it's lovely. It seems very durable. I like the fact that it has a LIGHT BULB that I can replace. I'm tired of LED lamps that can be so temperamental. Also, good value for the price.

I love the yellow! I wanted a unique lamp since my original one died. apparently it's very hard to find a lamp that isn't just white or black. when this one came in it checked all of my boxes. The light is very warm toned. it only has one setting, which is warm. I actually like that. the lamp is very sturdy, and it easily bends in all directions with very little resistance. the only qualm with mine was that it got a little bit bent during shipment and it has a dent on the dome part of it but it doesn't affect anything. I think it is worth the money I paid for it.

Our Granddaughter and Grandson are old enough now for their own rooms, which means remodeling two rooms. This gooseneck lamp was a perfect pick for his room. The color matches the wall paint and it works well on his gaming desk. He uses it all of the time and sometimes he uses the lamp as a night lamp. A terrific lamp for the money.

I don’t understand some reviewers saying the normal bulb is too big to fit in here. This product comes with a smaller bulb (included) than the regular bulb, not sure why this is not common sense for some customers. The product is great and it does say to use a 3-4 watt bulb which are normally the small bulbs and they fit just perfectly. However, if you need more bright light, don’t but this lamp, buy the lamp that takes regular bulb. This lamp comes with a bulb and you should be able to see it’s size.

Bought this lamp as one of the highest rated on Amazon for dorms and studying. Will not buy again nor would I recommend it. It heats up quickly to a high temperature-- the metal parts are very hot to touch, which raises questions as a safety issue. I don't leave it unattended for this reason, which is completely unnecessary stress for a desklamp. Adjusts well via a moveable stem, but only throws a small circle of light. Buy a better product.
