is citric gelatine suitable for vegetarians?

I cannot say for certainty whether these are vegetarian because of the 'citric gelatine'. However, ironically they a vegan/vegetarian version. The ingredients for the vegetarian/vegan version are: Glucose syrup, sugar, vegetable oil, acidity regulators: citric acid, malic acid; emulsifier: glycerol mono stearate, flavourings, stearic acid, modified starch, lysed soya protein, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate; magnesium sterate, colour: lutein. Its great one of the other reviewers mentioned the ingredients - because of this Im not buying from here - unless one of the sellers can confirm that their selling the vegetarian version.

Hi the sell by date is Jan 19. If you want you can buy these now and we can send out fresher ones in August.

There are no ingredients on the wrappers. Probably sugar and glucose as they are chews.
