decent piercings, good quality!
Item arrived quickly, well packaged, all 10 pieces (5pairs) included. The piercings look well made, the CZ appears well-secured on all 10 pieces. The flat back is a bit thicker than the usual flat back posts I get from the piercing shop so they were more noticeable when I slept on my side, however, these are still more comfortable than the ball backs if that's what you're comparing it to. I think the gauge is actually between an 18G and 16G because I was able to slide this into my 18G inner conch piercing w/o any issues. One issue I had was that a few of the piercings didn't seem to secure tightly. Despite screwing them in tightly by wearing gloves, a gentle touch would loosen them right away (this was on 3 of the 10 piercings) so I don't think I'll be able to wear those.I've been wearing 2 of the piercings for the last 3 days and the backing remains secure. I'm a little cautious because I've purchased other "stainless steel" piercings in the past and it turned out only the actual post (length) of the piercing was stainless steel and other parts like the setting/prongs were some other metal, which ended up turning my ear green within a few hours and causing a severe reaction. These have been good so far though and I'm hopeful it will stay this way. I have small ears and usually prefer the 3/16in posts but the 6mm length is doable for my inner conch/cartilage/helix piercings as long as I'm not wearing the bigger studs there (there's not much sagging but there's still a bit of extra length). I'm not able to wear it on my regular lobe or upper lobe piercings b/c the post is too long. Overall, out of all the piercings I've ordered, these seem decent, good quality, and very reasonably priced.UPDATE: I've been wearing 3 of the piercings for the last 2 weeks and the backing remains secure. Also, no nasty green-ness after multiple showers which is definitely a plus!

Great backing, great size varieties, doesn’t go green
Great size choices in the pack. Seems to be a good quality product so far. The backing is perfect for anywhere!

Long posts
Was looking for a flat back stud for top of ear and secondary holes that could be comfortable to sleepIn and not get caught or pulled out, the gem part is really nice color and sparkle, my only problem is the POSTS ARE TOO LONG FOR MY EAR LOBES, tend to look like FALLING OUT BUT NOT JUST TOO LONG . I’ve looked & looked for SHORT POSTS BUT UNSUCCESSFUL so good for price nice different size gems just not right fit for my lobes.

Sparkly bit posts a bit long
These are super sparkly and really pretty! I’m using them in the bottom 2 of my ear lobe piercings (the top lobe earring in the pic are a separate pair of diamonds) as well as my conch piercing. Note that 18 gauge is bigger that typical ear piercings. They only fit in mine because the holes are stretched from years of wearing dangly earrings. The downside is that the posts are 2-3 mm too long for both my lobes and conch. This means the biggest gem size dangles down a bit in my lobes, and the post can stick out a bit at the conch, so occasionally I push it back all the way. They’re also a bit tricky to get the backs on. It took some practice. Great news isn’t I’ll leave them in for a while, they don’t irritate my ears at all. Overall I love how much sparkle they give off!

I LOVE THESE SO MUCH--so much better than I expected!
Bought these for myself so I can wear them daily without having to remove them for bed.Firstly, they look a lot like real gold, which I didn't expect since most gold-plated stainless steel often looks more orange in color. But the color is true to 10k or 14k, which is perfect. And the CZs are absolutely quality and gorgeous!I have only worn CZs and moissanite for about 25 years (since I first studied DeBeers in college and discovered what a terrible cartel they are). So I have a lot of jewelry that's CZ, and these are among some of the best, in terms of looking like authentic diamonds.Of note: these posts ARE a bit thick, but not like body piercing-thick. They are a bit thinner than the starter earrings you get when you first get your ears pierced. The backs are also much smaller than they look. I'd say they are no larger than 1/6-1/4"...or about 4-5mm. Being that I'm starting to have dexterity and vision issues, this makes them a bit difficult to put on from time to time, but nothing that would deter me from wearing them. The only REAL drawback to these : they WILL sag a bit if you don't put something on the back to keep them up. I use Hearos Ultimate Softness Series Foam Earplugs, 20-Pair , and they work perfectly. I just slice the ends into 1/4" thick pieces, then push one onto each post behind my earlobe before screwing on the back. (See the pics I've uploaded). It's a perfect solution--keeps the earring lying flat, cushions your back lobe and, because they are flesh-colored, you can't see them! If you have cartilage piercings, you can just cut them from the top to fit.

Great everyday choice
After years of a cycle where I'd take earrings out because they were uncomfortable, forget to put them back in, and have the holes partially close, I finally tried these in my first and second ear piercings. I was pleased to find that I could leave these in almost indefinitely; the flat backs are great for sleeping, the posts caused no irritation, and the screw backs make them almost loss proof. Plus, they do have a nice little sparkle.Be aware that these are HARD TO GET ON AND OFF. For me this is a benefit, as it prevents loss--but the first time I tried to unscrew the backs, I had to use pliers. With some practice I can get them on and off easily (tip: hold the back steady and unscrew the front) but would NOT recommend to anyone with arthritis or dexterity problems.

Great value; posts are thick
These are nice looking and very comfortable to lie on (they don't poke me anywhere). The posts, though they look very thin, are enough thicker than my piercings that insertion was very uncomfortable. I only have piercings in my ear lobes, no cartilage, and insert standard earrings with no problems. I finally got them in and the backs screwed on, and am quite satisfied with them. My piercings are sore from the stretching, but I assume that will go away in a few days.
