Perfect for after a vasectomy.comes with 2 ice gel packs so you can alternate and they re freeze fast . Edit review .... 1 ice pack already broke after 1 days use and all the gel leaking out. Only used while laying down so obviously faulty. Was 5 stars now only 3

Strap sewn in twisted
Rather annoyingly the strap on the right side is stitched in wrong, it is sewn in twisted, so never sits right, and every time you sit down you can feel the twisted strap under your cheek. Hate these. Need a refund or replacement for sure, can’t wear them like this, it’s infuriating.

So very much worth it.
Product is well designed and well made. Being able to rotate through ice packs is perfect. The degree of relief provided, dollar for dollar, is unparalleled. As an aid for getting through a very difficult weekend I cannot stress how helpful this was.

Works really well…
I purchased for multiple inguinal hernias on the right side only. It works for keeping things snug. Make sure not to buy a size smaller, as the waist size is firm. You do have to pull the waist upward above your belly button to keep things snug, but the simple fix is to fold the large waist strap down once and all works great. This thing I'm sure, is more comfortable than some of the more expensive ones and works just as well.

My recovery was smooth and I largely attribute to this underwear. I was initially hesitant to wear a jockstrap, but this is a must. I’m a doctor myself, and I was able to go back to work 4 days later. I wore the jockstrap under normal underwear for about a week and used it the first few times returning to sport. I’m normally a size 32 waist and I wore the medium. Don’t hesitate!
