Great for rug making just a little expensive

This arrives folded in a clear plastic bag measuring approx 25cm x 27cm x 6cm. There is also a small pack of anti slip rug grips included in the bag. There is very little stretch in either direction, so it keeps it's shape when used in a frame & has a handy stitched in pale orange stitch line placed approx every 5cm to help you with laying out/spacing/staying even if creating straight lines. Raw cut edges have been overlocked as this cloth frays easily, do if you cut some off you might want to run a line of stitching along your new edge to keep it from doing the same before you've finished your piece. I've given up looking for a rug I like that's the right size for the space I need, so I'm using this to get what I want. There is something really satisfying about making something that is beautiful & useful that you actually want. This monks cloth enables me to achieve that & seems decent enough quality to justify all the time & effort I'll be putting into making my rug.

The size of this cloth is 200x150cm. I can make a huge rug out of it or plenty of smaller projects. To make it easier to keep to the design, the cloth has got lines to follow and keep the correct measurements and proportions of the pattern. This cloth stretches very well into a frame and makes the process of tufting easy thanks to its good quality. A nice addition is the eight rug grips that I have already used for other rugs and are holding well to my wooden floor.

I like this fabric. It is thick and hard fabric . I used fabric for making my own canvas . These are paint absorbent and looks very clear . I am planning to make tapestry . This fabric is great for embedded as well. This fabric has starchy it is fit for purpose . I am going to make typestry with cross stitch I like it

Just getting into punch needle work as I'm more of a cross stitcher myself, but this material is good quality and could easily be used for cross stitch. Cloth seems to be consistent through-out it's length, although the edges on mine are raw, not stitched - this isn't a problem for me as I intend to use it for smaller projects and can easily edge it myself. Really pleased with it.

It looks great, feels soft, doesn't smell cheap or gross and it's nicely packed. I got it for punch needling but I haven't had a chance to use it

This is a high-quality tufting cloth with an even tight weave and no snags or defects. I have thoroughly inspected every part of it and found no imperfections or frayed threads. I really like the yellow guidelines, as they greatly assist me in keeping my lines perfectly straight. The cloth is soft, easy to work with, and enjoyable, whether I'm using a loop pile or cut pile technique. All in all, this cloth is simply excellent and perfect for my rug-making endeavours!
