I ordered a large because large tshirts fit me almost perfectly and this thing fits pretty snug once you zip it up. i was going to post a before and after pic but i havent had it long enough to get crazy results. so far it is working well though. i would suggest going on a long walk with it first to get adjusted. you get a plenty good sweat with that alone. once you start working out with it on it gets a little more intense. great product so far. im happy.

when ordering system said 2x would fit me best based on past buying experience however could not zip it up as abdomen was 3x. Am on weight loss program so am hoping to be able to wear in next few weeks.

I handwashed it in cold water and must have snagged a string because when I went to hang it for drying, one of the entrances for my arm had come apart. ( first wash)

The vest seems to be ok, and very comfortable. No wash instructions but wash and hang in shower or somewhere to dry. I don't advise drying in a dryer.

The best feels good when on. I do sweat a lot. The zipper is backwards and I have to zip it up a little before I put it on.

Upon arrival i took it out of the plastic and the smell was very very overwhelming. It took my breath away! I have it hanging up to air out but am somewhat worried about wearing it due to unknown chemicals that it is made of. I am not a sensitive person on smells!

What are the washing and drying directions.Fits perfectly looks good under thin shirts. Hds my posture....just tell me how to wash! LolGood stuff here so far do recommend.
