I’m not sure. It’s fits just like a sock.

Do these fit a 9 1/2 women with out being to tight?

Yes, I wear 9-1/2 and they are GREAT. I ended up buying a few pair because I really love them. However, I do also wear them with Dr. Scholl's arch supports (the $50-75 ones!) which may help with the pain since they lift my arch.
