This Martha Stewart telescopic folding steamer insert is a simple but useful kitchen tool. The stainless steel construction feels sturdy and well-made, and the mirror finish gives it a clean polished look. I like that it expands to fit different pot sizes so I don’t need a separate steamer basket for every pan. It works well for vegetables, dumplings, eggs, and other foods that benefit from gentle steaming. The extendable nylon handle is helpful because it makes lifting the basket out much easier and safer. The silicone feet are another nice touch since they help protect cookware from scratches and keep the insert stable while steaming. It folds down compactly for storage which is great for smaller kitchens, and cleanup is easy since it’s dishwasher safe. I also wanted to mention the sticker on the bottom because I saw some reviews complaining that it was difficult to remove, and that honestly made me hesitant. In my experience it came off easily after washing the steamer basket with hot water, so it wasn’t an issue at all for me.

Love this heavy duty steamer. My whole life my parents and then me used the cheap ones where the leaves fall out. This one collapses nicely, has a nice plastic handle to pick it out with, and definitely will not just fall apart.

Haven’t used this steamer yet but it seems great and much better than the one I’m replacing. I read the comments about the stubborn sticker and they were right!!! Thought I would offer my solution. I got it off with 91% isopropyl alcohol. Pour it on, let it soak and scratch it off with a plastic picnic knife. I did that 3 times and now it’s clean and shiny. No problem!! Now I can use the steamer. 5 stars cause everything else looks great. Love the handle!! (I’ll send a different comment later if I’m wrong!)

Good quality..I prefer the handle and legs over the cheaper ones with just a ring to lift it...

Very nice steamer, like the little silicon pads on the feet to keep it from scratching my pans. Handle makes removing it while hot easier. Make sure you measure the pots you typically steam in - found this to be too big for many of my go-to 3 & 4QT pots. Need to find something similar but smaller for when I want to steam a small amount of veggies.

Great little steamer, except the sticker on the bottom is very difficult to get off and leaves residue.
