fits everything you will need in the middle of the night it's not so big that it won't fit on a small table or cart perfect size

Get what you pay for
It looks and is described perfectly. I wasn't sure what to expect with felt. It works, and it's cheaper than most diaper caddys. But that being said, it's very flimsy. The divider has velcro on the edges to stick to the side walls and is adjustable. If you have small things in there tho they will slip up underneath the divider which can be annoying to dig out if you have quite a few things in there like me. Not worth returning but I would definitely go with a sturdier one if I could choose again.
