The tablets were easy to swallow and did not leave any unpleasant aftertaste.The recommended dosage is to take 2 tablets a day which would mean that this bottle will last for 30 days. I personally feel this is a little expensive for a month's supply, especially as this only contains omega-3 fatty acids without any of the other vitamins and minerals that are needed during pregnancy.

I've been hunting for small capsules for ages as I am terrible with swollowing tablets. These ones are MUCH smaller then most capsules. They are around 1.3cm so much easier to manage.
