Keychron K2 Pro: Your Wireless Mechanical All-Star
I recently got my hands on the Keychron K2 Pro, and it's been an absolute game-changer. This wireless mechanical keyboard not only impresses with its versatility but also adds a dash of style to my setup. The K2 Pro rocks Hot-Swappable K Pro Red switches, making typing and gaming a breeze. Plus, you can switch out those switches to match your personal typing vibe - a neat feature! What really sets it apart is the customization. With QMK and VIA firmware, you can tinker with macros and key setups to your heart's content, no matter if you're on a Mac, Windows, or Linux machine. The white LED backlighting not only looks cool but also saves the day when I'm working late. And the PBT keycaps? Super durable and comfortable. To sum it up, the Keychron K2 Pro is your go-to wireless mechanical keyboard. It's got the typing chops, customization options, and universal appeal to make it a star player in any setup.

My favorite non-full size keyboard.
My K2 Pro keyboard goes on every trip I make! I cannot sing its praises enough.I've had earlier versions of Keychron keyboards (two K2V2s, one of which was not backlit but hot-swappable, and a K8 Pro). One of the big features for the K2 Pro is the ability to hot-swap switches. I got mine with Gateron Blues but I replaced them with Cherry MX Clear switches that had clear bases so the LEDs could shine through. (The earlier K2V2 I swapped with Cherry MX Clears with the black bases since it wasn't backlit). However, the backlit is just around the edges, and the LEDs are south-facing so if you want shine-through keycaps, they're probably going to be on the wrong side of the keycap. I'm a bit puzzled why Keychron does south-facing LEDs now (my backlit K2V2 has north-facing LEDs) so the backlighting doesn't do much for me.The QMK/VIA feature is tremendously useful for me since I often use the menu key in Windows. That's not on the original layout, but it was a snap to set the right-Windows key for the menu key in VIA, and it was really easy. There is literally no limit to the customization of key assignments you can do with VIA and that makes this one especially versatile. This replaces my K8 Pro that I was using for travel (since the K8 Pro can also be reassigned by VIA) as it's a lot smaller (80% versus TKL) and having switches of my own choosing and a fully-customizable layout.Bluetooth 5.1 connection works well (up to 3 devices). I've never had dropped keys (on ANY Keychron keyboard on BT, for that matter) like I've had with other Bluetooth keyboards and I think it's because of the high polling rate for this keyboard. I also use it with a USB-C cable when hard-wiring it and that also works reliably. I just switch from cable to BT on the left side of the keyboard if I'm using it for both a computer and a phone.

Exceeds Expectations
I bought this keyboard after my Razer Blackwidow v3 Hyperspeed started having double typing issues and wanted a keyboard with hot swappable switches. I thought I should give this one a try. I was mostly worried about the bluetooth connectivity, as I often switch between two pc's, but my worries were unfounded as the bluetooth setup and speed of switching between sources is much faster than that of the Razer keyboard. Typing feels smooth on the K pro red switches. Not fully used to the shape of the keycaps, but will probably stick it out as opposed to replacing them. Overall, genuinely pleased!

Great keyboard but...
Great keyboard, solid construction, good sounding keystrokes, but...Really, it's 2024 and no shine through keycaps? It might seem like I'm being nitpicky here, but this keyboard has an slightly unconventional layout, so it'd be nice to actually see the keys at night. Not a huge deal, I was able to snag some keycaps on Prime Day for cheap. It is just very odd feature not to have in modern times on a keyboard in this price range.

Clicky
It is clicky. I got the brown switch version, and I enjoy typing on it. The customization software works really well - I don't have to assign "esc" to my caps lock key to move between computers.

Good keyboard when you buy it on a deal
Got this keyboard for my work from home setup. I do a lot of coding work and the sound of the keyboard is really great but it feels loud at times when there is no other room sound. Build quality is sturdy and also the connectivity is fast. I don't see any lag. Overall it's a good pick and go for brown switches if you code a lot!

Nice keyboard but not without issues
I purchased this keyboard in April of 2023. At time of writing, I have had and used this keyboard for about 3 months. I own other Keychron keyboards but this is my first wireless one.I'm not sure if I got a dud but the battery already no longer holds a charge. The charging light is green indicating that the battery is fully charged however when I unplug it, it will power down in less than one minute. There are also key presses where the button does not register that I have already let go of a key but this is less frequent.Keychron also offers no replacement batteries for purchase at the time of writing. The keyboard still works plugged in but I purchased this keyboard for travel because it was wireless.I own several Keychron keyboards but will either be considering other brands in the future or sticking to their wired models.
