The cycle is good , powerful motor and have 5 level of pedal assist. The package came with a missing screw for one of the handle bar, but that's manageable as I got it from near by cycle store. Can be assembled by taking help from customer support. After using it for 2 months I can recommend this cycle to anyone who frequently commute for 5-10 kms daily.

Defective product. Front wheel holder is misaligned and also wheel does not go inside. It has only 7 cm gap in which it can not fit. All excitement of new cycle is dead. Every where written tested on so fire that guy who did quality check. Also I have noticed no z shape screw driver and when delivered there was no dummy axle was in front wheel. There were spider webs formed on cycle. Looks like some old stock is thrown at my face. Shame on you guys. No option for refund. Only replacement available. Also color is scratching and chipping off.

Hello, I'm Daksh Das, 16. I have completed roughly 2k kilometers on the X2. The best thing about emotorad is their customer service and the crazy attention I get on the road.. I got my battery and motor replaced free of cost, other brands would've left me hanging or charged a fortune. W for their service engineer Shubham. This cycle will always be by your side, after a few hundred kms it's not as exciting to ride, you get to know how slow it feels on the road, even after jailbreaking it to go till 30. And the seat is very uncomfortable even with the seat pad for longer rides. This cycle is 1.5x heavier than a normal cycle thanks to all the extra components but with motor it feels effortless to ride. This cycle will give you health, freedom, and reliablity. But not fun, thanks to the great Indian Laws. Keep it for intercity travel, I use it around 8-10 kms a day. I prefered the X2 because you can remove the battery and charge it at home. The size of the cycle is decent, good enough for someone with average height. Panvel.

After 2.5 month here is the complete review Suspention great. The break are too weak . We have to tight every 2 week . The charging adapter they provided is over heating . And case of range max 10-20 only . Good service
