How thick is the strap?

Measured, I don't know. It's fairly thick and solid. Just be aware, it's cut way too short. I have 4 holes and no extra strap. No way this could be worn over a wet suit. Not a real zulu strap at all. :(

how flexible is the nylon?

It's nylon not flexible like elastic.

Good day, has any one tried the strap on a casio frogman gwf d1000. also, where can i get the lug adaptor? regards suvir

This nato-style strap is marvelous on most watches, but I'm not sure it's a good fit on a frogman. The reason is that the frogman's case is quite wide at 53mm, and then you're going to add the adapters. I don't think the strap is long enough to properly accomodate the necessary length of that case and two adapters.
