Great with matcha!
I absolutely love the umami and creaminess of this milk! It froths really well. I use it in matcha lattés and London Fogs (Earl Grey with milk!) Great product and good value. I don’t think it’s very enjoyable as a beverage on its own, it’s best in lattés! Would probably be a great base for chia seed pudding… going to try this next!

Poor package closure
The milk itself is fine, but the closure for the package has issues. It comes loose at the base, letting bacteria in and making the milk go bad.
