My son gets rashes quite regularly on his bottom, so we use desitin at every diaper change. As you can imagine, that can get a little pricey. I was very happy finding this item on Amazon for this size and price. It works great for every day use and we keep a bottle of the purple desitin for when the rash is a little more severe.

originally I was bringing a 4 oz bottle to daycare, but at $6 A pop, it seemed like the cost was stacking up and he went through it quickly. I started buying this after I found out they had a bigger bottle at a lower cost in the long run.
