Not a good product.
Zero satisfaction. It may be the issue only with the piece i bought, may not be a general issue of the product. It takes nearly around 8 min.s to toast two breads. Power indicator & temperature indicator is opposite to what's described in manual. Lid lock is not properly locking, need to press gently to one side.

Doesn't toast the sandwich enough
Bread stays soft and doesn't toast unless you leave it longer or preheat the sandwich press.
