Good bulbs and seller response after noting some damage
Unfortuntately when I received the package, one of the bulbs was broken. The others were intact, and have now been used with good effect. I contacted the seller and they quickly replied and gave me a partial refund which was a nice gesture - thank you for that.

Excellent Delivery and product
Was delivered on time and in a box that was sturdy enough to keep the bulbs in good condition. Credit also to the delivery driver who rang the bell and handed the box to me instead of risking a drop and breakage. I have made an initial check and all are in immediate working order.

Full refund given as sent out without protective packing. The bulbs are very fragile thin glass though.Seller helpful & I believe not at fault as Amazon are despatching on their behalf.Can’t comment on bulb as not received replacements

Smashing – in a bad way – but replacement provided
Box was intact on arrival, but I could hear the sound of glass. On opening the package, two bulbs had a hole in (betraying the wafer-thin glass), one was cracked, one didn’t work and the other lasted about two seconds before it fizzled and died. Not the best hit rate ever. Amazon refunded immediately, at least.EDIT: Brilliant Woods got in touch and offered a free replacement, which is pretty good customer service. This set arrived intact, and the first bulb works so far. I will adjust my review accordingly if that continues to be the case after a few weeks.EDIT 2: First bulb continues to work. I still feel the packaging is not good and the glass is very thin. However, if the company will replace broken items, it’s a good way to keep an old sunlamp light alive rather than buying a new one when the existing unit is still otherwise functional.
