My husband and son won’t go a day without taking these gummy vitamins. They say they really do work and they can tell the difference when they don’t take them. They taste great and the texture isn’t gritty or yucky. They’re a little expensive but since they say they work, I am OK with spending a little extra.

My doc said I needed Vitamin D and B12 since I was really low. She was gonna suggest several few different vitamins for me to take. I showed her these and she said these were better than any of over the counter vitamins she was gonna suggest. She told me it wouldn’t hurt to try. Man am I glad I found these. Taken 1 a day so far for 14 days and I feel like a different person. The focus I’ve gained is unreal. Sleep, mood, focus and energy has shown a difference. I’m lucky to remember to take 1 a day. Unsure my body could handle 2 a day. Might catch me doing cartwheels or something 😂. I suggest this product vs remembering to take multiple different vitamins. 6months I’ll have my doc update. So fingers crossed my levels improved some.

The texture is just like a fruit gummy. It’s not hard or chunky to eat. The flavor is good too. It’s not over powering or have that weird aftertaste. The value for the money is good too (if you get the two bottles). It says to take one at breakfast and one at dinner and I guess that’s because it eliminates you from taking in so much vitamins at once. I guess if you didn’t get all your nutrients in with your food throughout the day, you can take one at the end of the day? Idk, I’m not a doctor..I had my wisdom removed and wanted to make sure I was getting all the vitamins needed specifically for recovery since eating real people food is kind of difficult for a week. This worked great. 10/10. would buy again

It was hard to separate them but they work perfectly and taste great!

These taste good and have everything I needed... except they are minimally improving my vitamin levels. My provider said it's time to try a new brand.
