Do you know if you can pair this with a blue tooth speaker?

This is not a true wireless headset and is not bluetooth capable. The headset is still wired and requires it to be connected to a body pack (which transmits wirelessly to a receiver).

Is the Condenser Microphone coming with all equitment to connect to the amplifier?

It comes witht the windscreen and its standard TA4F connector for wireless bodypacks.

we recently purchased an EVO mic and it cuts in and out during hi impact classes. Low impact classes it works beautifully. Does this mic work in both?

I use it for indoor cycling class which is not high impact, but it has held up much better than the other Shure "fitness" mics. This one is specifically for fitness where the others were more dual purpose. Cutting in and out could also be caused by the connector in the transmitter box or wiring within the sound system.
