Fit my 03! I used it for an extra of the left inside for the fifth wheel did have to drill out the inside behind the light with a 2 1/4" hole saw to get the connector through.

This does alow the use of both bumper and bed plugs?

Yes you just un plug the factory plug and the Curt plugs into the factory plug allowing use of both the factory and the Curt in bed plug. Easy to install.
