After using this for the last 3 weeks I have found a increase in my energy levels. I have been able to uo my bench press by an extra 5 kilos. In which I was stuck at a my 80kilos for the 2 years. Tried a few turkesterone supplements and havnt noticed alot.. but this one is by far the best I've tried so far don't expect putting pounds and pounds of muscle on.... but it is a good supplement to add to your routine for that little extra push in the gym

Hard to describe, but when I've been taking these, I feel like I have more energy at the gym, drive to go, and make more progress- I don't think they're entirely necessary for me in other testosterone boosting benefits in my life, but I do notice a bit of a boost at the gym. Would do again, when I can establish a good workout routine, or to break through a plateau

I had no idea how good the results would be when I started using this. It may sound unrealistic to say this product works on the first day - but it does. And if you don't notice it then you will in 3 days. I noticed it because I train till failure and this has me pushing for way more reps than I thought was possible. And the pump? Talking about the pump deserves a whole youtube video review on its OWN. Its insane. I hope they never change this product and keep it consistent because I know when companies have a habit of changing their product when they consumers grow larger. I have been taking half the dosage for the past 6 months and this is the only thing I have added to my diet overall.Within the first 2 months I was able to see massive improvements in my strength gains, sleep quality and mental health.In the past month, I have experienced severe peripheral CNS pain and fatigue like I have never experienced before. I went to my doctors and they asked what supplements I have added in the past 6 months. Last week I removed turkesterone and my CNS pains have stopped and my sleep quality has improved.I can’t explain the crippling pain I was feeling and it lasted for two weeks… I couldn’t drive, sleep or eat and I lost weight… please for your health do not take this supplement… if I can help one person reading this comment to not experience the same pain I went through then I can call that a success.
