good stuff great for the last 20 miles of a bike ride

Used in the last hour of a 50 mile ride and certainly made a difference. Has tried the double expresso version but at 150gm caffeine, made me nauseous. The 75mg in this was fine.

Love these, not too sweet and have the caffeine in them.

Like the other SIS products we've used the Caffeine gel worked as expected, on a personal note my son (who I buy these for) didn't like the taste. But the taste is secondary to the performance of the product which is excellent.

Good quality, my kids use them for athletics events.

Really great product, easy to carry, tastes great, kept me fully charged during my run, arrived on time too.

These are the last gel I take in a long run to get me over the tough home stage. The lift is actually obvious, you feel so much better and it gives you the energy and will to finish. Taste isn't too bad either, it's a sort of combination of berry with burnt coffee (but better than I make it sound).

Li trovo i migliori gel isotonici sul mercato come rapporto qualità prezzo. Non mi sono mai trovato bene con Sys per le barrette ma i gel li trovo eccellenti, pratici da utilizzare, iper digeribili, gusto gradevole e buon boost nel momento in cui ce n'è bisogno per spingere. Usati anche in granfondo sopra le 5 ore, non mi hanno deluso.

He consumido muchas marcas de geles energéticos y estos se digieren muy fáciles y son agradables para consumir. Hay otros que hostigan y son difíciles de tragar. Estos son muy líquidos y con balance perfecto de azúcar. He consumido 4 y hasta 5 en una media maratón sin ningún trastorno de estómago. No necesitan agua para consumirse
