Would buy another one if I lost it.Great training aid.
I have been golfing for 12 years, took it up when I retired at age 65. In that period my handicap dropped from the mid-50s to about 30. However, age and recent illness have taken their toll so that when I am finally able to resume golf this season I am pretty certain my handicap be back up in the high 30s.Not long ago I found that my bad back, weaker muscles and decreasing flexibility were adversely affecting my accuracy and distance. I tried lessons and golf-related exercises with some positive results. However, after trying one of these devices at my club I decided to buy one for myself, and I am glad I didI dont know how much the device has improved my strength, but it definitely has helped with my tempo, ball striking and follow-through. I have a tendency to try to speed up my swing and hit the ball as hard as I can, which creates tension in my body and diminishes my accuracy and distance; this device helps counteract those tendencies and develop muscle memory. Specifically, I use it to warm up before hitting my real clubs, focusing particularly on tempo and completing my follow-through. I also use it at home (outdoors only) when the weather is bad.Using the device is pretty intuitive, though there are several videos on YouTube that show various exercises including warm-ups. Search for Gold Flex or its competitor, Orange Whip; they both function the same way though the Gold Flex is a bit less expensive. Some people may be shy about using one of these devices on the driving range; however, I have seen them used by teaching pros as training aids for their students of all ages and I do not reject anything legal and efficacious that allows me to knock a few points off my handicap.

Great golf conditioning tool.
I Being close to 72 and rediscovering golf after two joint replacements, swinging the 10-20 times a day has really helped lengthen my swing almost back to where it was 15 years ago. I use it every morning whether or not I’m playing golf since it loosens up and strengthens the back muscles. As you age, your swing tends to shorten as you try to avoid any discomfort while taking a full swing. While the increases my flexibility I’m also seeing straighter shots as well because it keeps me on plane and prevents an early release which causes slicing. Even my old power is returning; almost made a 520 yd par 5 in two the other day.All in all, is highly recommended!

Great golf swing trainer
The media could not be loaded. I saw the video of this that showed golfers using this to warm up before teeing off. Well, I decided to try it. This is what I thought of it:pros:1.Great for stretching:This is a great tool for warmming up before playing, And without going to the range. It does loosen me up specially for the first hole.2.Great workout:The weight ball helps reign in jerky movements at transition from back swing to swinging down at the ball.Swing this thing 10-20 times a day for a week. You can have a better connect with the ball.3.Great for Lag Training - It naturally gives you that feel of lag, and is starting to show up in my golf swing. It is starting to be more automatic now.4.Giving you the feel of the right swing - Once I got used to the feel of the right swing, I started changing my swing to accommodate that. It's a work in progress because I still have a wicked slice that appears at the worst times. After another week of use, I got my lowest round ever and most consistent ball striking.5.Better Grips:Training grip provides the correct hand position for the right golf gripSummary.Excellent warm up tool and great to enhance swing tempo.Great gift for golfer

Gives you the feeling of lag; necessary for better golf
The tool is nicely weighted and sturdy. When you switch to a club it feels many times lighter. Good for strengthening/stretching the required muscles and warming up. Due to the weight and flex of this training aid it prevents attempts to manipulate the swing. When you go through the transition at the top, one of the most critical parts of the swing, the weighted head stays still owing to the shaft flex. This gives the desired feeling of lag where most of the power comes from. At the finish the same factors pull you through to a full swing. I used it at the range to build strength and flexibility. I normally swang a couple clubs to warmup/stretch; this does a much better job.

Got my Driver back!
Product is easy to use. After swinging 10 minutes a day, my driver drops right into the slot. I'm hitting straighter and farther 4han I was before I got this. I'm hoping with continued use I can work on getting a little longer off the tee.

Cheaply made
The whip doesn’t feel sturdy or durable. It feels flimsy, and the grip runs small.Update: seller reached out and offered full refund

Good value for the money.
Works well to develop a smooth rhythmic swing. Good quality and good to use for warming up before a round of golf. I carry it in my bag.
