It chops very well.
I got these as Christmas stocking gifts for my children, because i had one myself. They cut very well, and to the size that you want. You can use them on onion, garlic, ginger, bell peppers,chili peppers, tomatoes. Very good especially if you are in a rush and it chops so fast and smooth. It is easy to handle, to clean and a very good kitchen companion. I recommend this product.

I did not realize how much I would like this. Easy to clean, easy to use. I think it is quick and better than an electric chopper. I got the two cup size and am thinking of getting a bigger size cause I like it a lot.

This thing is amazing!
It seemed kind of like a gimmick. I already had a big 14 cup cuisinart but always felt like that was too much hassle to take out and clean just for smaller things. I use this one all the time now. It's perfect for dicing onions or garlic. Preparing ingredients for an omelette or a salad. Just really efficient, super easy to use and clean and takes up almost no space. Definitely worth it and my 3 year old daughter loves helping pull the string to use it.
