Active Ingredients Lavender Extract- Lavender oil is believed to have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties which can be used to help heal minor burns and bug bites. Research has revealed that the essential oil of lavender may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness. Neem Oil - In India, it is used for preparing cosmetics (soap, hair products, body hygiene creams, hand creams) and in Ayurvedic, Unani and folklore traditional medicine, in the treatment of a wide range of afflictions. The most frequently reported indications in ancient Ayurvedic writings are skin diseases, inflammations and fevers, and more recently rheumatic disorders, insect repellent and insecticide effects. Also it doesn’t have a strong odour which I like. My dog has allergies & so far there has been no negative skin reaction. From what I can tell the SPF seems to be effective protection for my fur baby. It is very easy to apply as well. I will be using this product regularly as my go to SPF protection for my dog. Not only does it protect my dog from the sun but it has also started new fur growth on her spots that had no fur for years!
