Does what it is meant to do well
Quick delivery, quiet filter pump that fit in the small allocated space. Quite pricey but if it lasts well worth it.

Arrived on time.
My old pump packed up so needed a new one quickly. I ordered it and it was delivered early the next day. So the new pump was delivered and working in the tank within 24 hours. Just hope it lasts as long as my old one.

Not powerful enough for the 19l spec
Bought this as the pump in my fluval spec 19lit had diminished in power. Disappointingly this is no better! Would do the 10lit but it not got the oophf for the 19lit. Very little surface movement and debris collects on the sand whereas when the original pump worked well this didn't happen. I've had to install an air pump and Stine to provide movement for oxygen. Thus in itself is annoying as its in my bedroom. If I turn it off over night the endlers are at the surface by morning. I'm not even sure if this is a genuine Fluval. Certainly not worth ÂŁ27! Returning this for refund as don't feel its really fit for purpose. Maybe I've just been unlucky and this is a dud. I've ordered another from another supplier not on Amazon and hopefully that actually works as it should

After less than 3 months use, the item stopped working.
I used the same water pump for almost 3 years, then bought this replacement. However, this replacement dose not last long at all-only less than 3 months.

Good replacement motor
Seems to be working well at this moment only had for 3 days. Smaller than original motor. I had to adapt the tube from the original motor to fit this one as different fitting on motor but no problem.

Noisy, unreliable pump
This pump is useless very noisy and have had to replace 2 in 6 months. A tiny part of sand cuts it out.

Great little pump!
I bought this pump to use in my Fluval Spec V 5gal tank. I did have to turn it sideways to fit but it is working perfect! It does not come with any tubing so make sure you hang onto your old ones.

Great buy, works like a charm.
I didn’t realize how badly my old pump was functioning but I ignored the evidence. Since replacing it with the new pump, the aquarium has been clean and algae free. The first one lasted about 6 years. Not bad for a small submersible device. I definitely recommend this pump.
