When i connect it to a tv, if i want connect it to a pair of speakers, do i need an amplifier?

this player does not have any type of amplification, so depends on the type of speakers. If you have powered speakers with built in amps and standard phono inputs, these can be connected no problem, however if you have non powered speakers which need to be connected by speaker cable this will not work, you will need a separate amp

Can i connect this with usb to my smart tv? And can i just play cds through my sony soundbar vis bluetooth

the MKP100 is basically a DVD Player with microphone inputs, so will connect to your TV like a normal DVD Player, so via HDMI or RCA cable. It does not have any Bluetooth functionality

Can you replay recordings from the USB?

yes, recordings are saved as MP3 files, which can easily be played back directly on the machine
