Excellent product. I'm very happy with it so far. I bought it to clean my deli and it's done awesome.The water well is a bit small but it's pretty quick to heat back up after a refill. The steam is super hot so it cuts grease with ease.So far I've used it to cleane a really, really old grimey bathroom that looks like something from a serial killer movie. It turned out sparkling white.I've also used it on a stove, stainless steel sink, hood vents and took it home to help clean up a cat puke incident that happened on my carpet whole I was away... every try to clean dried in cat chunks off carpet? It's horrible! I got up what I could, steamed the dry crusties and BAM! It came right up.10/10 would recommend

After looking at a lot of steam cleaners, I decided on this one. I decided based on what I wanted to use it for (mainly to clean grout lines - my home has 4 rooms that are tiled and the grout is white), and the pricing. Consider me bitch-slapped over this purchase.I was so excited when it arrived, because I really really needed to clean the white tiles in my Florida Room. Unfortunately, it was about a week and a half before I could even take it out of the box, and another week before I could give it a try. I read the instructions, put water in, and started cleaning. It worked great. It cleaned the grout, but I was a little disappointed that I had to let it cool down to refill it and that it didn't last very long once filled. But that wasn't the real problem. The real problem was that I finished up about half the room and wanted to do it the next day. Imagine my surprise when I plugged in the unit and nothing happened. OK, I tried a different wall outlet, I even plugged it into a surge protector. I re-read the directions, and started all over again (even going to far as to drain it, which isn't all that easy with that tiny little fill hole). But i did all of that, then gave up for that day and tackled it again the next. No go. This thing is worthless. If I could give it NO stars, I would. It lasted for a whole hour and a half before it completely stopped working.I hate having to give really bad reviews on products that I was dumb enough to purchase, but I don't have a choice here. Don't bother with this. There are other steam cleaners that are far better than this one and will work easier. This one is difficult to use with one hand, as it is necessary to hold the steam button in the up position in order to get steam. That means if you are cleaning something that needs to be moved, you really DO need two people to use this in order to clean thoroughly. It also has a very short cord, which means you need a heavy duty extension or a house with lots and lots of outlets. Then you have the actual steam nozzle, which again isn't very long. It worked well for the grout, but I can see that unless you're cleaning something stationery, it would be difficult to maneuver this.

I find this hard to fill and refill and it doesn’t hold much water. It IS effective at steam cleaning but I don’t use it much because I have to refill it so often. It only works for a few minutes at a time.

I have had hand steamers for long time. I always purchased shark and loved how it worked but it didnt last long. In fact i went through 4 of them in 6 years. They also cost much more than the midas i just purchased. The construction on the midas is much better and really puts out the steam. I use it to clean everywhere. I really like using it in my truck to clean because i am a landscaper and the inside of my truck gets very dirty. I would reccomend it to anyone that likes to clean and likes to do it quickly with little effort.

This is a very good steamer for small household jobs. You can use it on a larger scale, but it's going to take a long time to complete your task, due to its short steaming time. The attachments are easy to install and use, however the brush is not able to withstand mutiple greasy or grimy situation. A plus is that it heats quickly, however make sure you read the directions before placing water into the steamer to avoid burn accidents. The main reason for giving it 4 stars is because of the button you have to press to operate your steamer. I find it to be quite irritating to my thumbs after a few uses.

The trigger would not work, had to keep on playing with it to make it actually stream. After it did steam it stopped again and had to keep on clicking the trigger back and forth for it to work for the minute or two that it actually worked. It looked like a great value but unfortunately this one was not. Could just be a bad unit, but I will be returning it and looking into a better quality steamer. I had high hopes, but this fell way short.

This is a good steam cleaner for small jobs. It heats really quickly which is good, so I do not have to wait too long to get steam. So far, I have used it for kitchen and bath counters, tubs and range hood. It works like a charm. Much less scrubbing. I will try to clean my kitchen floor grout with it this weekend.
