How thick is the magnet sheet in mils? I'm looking for 30 mil magnet sheets.

Not sure. Thick enough to not bend but are cuttable with scissors.

What magnetic strength are these? 10 or 20 mil?

I measured them with a micrometer and it is 20 mil thick = .020 of an inch.

How thick are these exactly ?

About 1/16”. The magnets aren’t very strong.

Is it strong enough to stay on a bumper?

No I don't think it is. The vibration would probably loosen it. I've seen stronger magnets than this.
