I bought the wiwens Thermo Food Jar as a gift. It is a great value. The gift recipient loves it! He said it is the perfect size, fits nicely in his lunch bag, keeps his food warm, and is easy to clean (no smells).

I love this food warmer. It’s beautiful and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my meal. I especially appreciate the smaller compartment, which allows me to keep my soup separate from the dry food. It keeps my food warm and is very easy to open and close. Overall, it is well-designed and keeps food warm.

My son has been using this for several months now to take a hot rice and protein lunch every day and he states it keeps his food really hot. I pack it at 7am and he eats after 11a and it's piping hot and ready to go. My husband also takes one for lunch working in the trees and it saves his health, time, and wallet to not have to go to the gas station every day to microwave his lunch. It's hot and ready when he is! I prefer this one over the one my husband uses because this one's opening is huge and you can eat right out of it. The other one sometimes needs to be poured into a larger container to enjoy, which can be a bit of an inconvenience. This thing is a 10 out of 10. Just ask my very high expectations son!

Below is my initial review, the following is my updated thoughts: The heat maintains better when the compartments are all full. I wouldn't say it keeps food 'cold' but it definitely keeps it at a safe temperature. I'd still say food temp is best maintained no later than 5 hours but this is the best thermos at this size I've found thus far. Initial review: I love the design and usefulness of the compartments — I haven’t tried cold food in this thermos but it definitely does not keep food hot for 6 hours. I first filled it with boiling water to prep the heat and then filled it with freshly cooked, hot food. 5 hours later it was lukewarm at best. Bummed because I love the included spork and overall design! I wonder if I simply got one with not a great seal.

The jar is stylishly designed. The can inside is essential to carry salad which keeps my salad cool and fresh all day. The food section however only keeps my food warm by lunch time. I bought this because I’m looking for a good thermos that can keep my lunch hot at lunchtime, the ad say 6 hours hot. I would dished out my steaming off the stove food in this jar at most times 10:30am or 11am and my lunch hour is 4pm. Unfortunately after 5 1/2 hours my lunch is barely warm which I think can work for many.
